Payment verification:

We strive to verify your payment every day. Please understand that payment verification is done manually, so it may take some time. We will begin packing your order once payment has been verified.

For self pick-up orders:

Your orders will be kept for 3 MONTHS only. After this period, orders will automatically be considered "picked up." We are not responsible if you fail to pick up your parcel despite the reminders sent by us.

For Singpost (normal mail) and courier (Qxpress) services:

In the event of any Out-Of-Stock (OOS) items in your order, we will proceed with shipping the available items as usual and refund you for the OOS items. Courier shipping typically takes about 2 to 5 working days, while Singpost takes about 5 to 7 working days. Please note that once the courier has picked up your parcel from us, we no longer have control over the delivery. For any shipment issues, please contact the respective shipping services directly.

Please note that couriers do not operate on weekends. Orders placed towards the end of the week may take longer to deliver. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  1. Self-Pickup Orders: A "Ready for Pickup" email will be sent to you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Orders can only be collected upon receiving this email.
  2. Singpost / Courier Orders: Shipment will take 2 to 7 days depending on the selected shipping method. For more details, please check our T&C page at the bottom of our website. Please note that orders with Out-of-Stock items will be shipped as usual, and refunds will be issued for the missing items.
  3. Final Orders: Please ensure that your order is final. We are unable to add items after the order has been placed.

Do note that your order will automatically be cancelled if you fail to make payments within 5 days of placing your order.

What Payment Methods do you accept online?

Currently, we only accept payments via PayNow or PayLah.

What Payment Methods do you accept in store?

We accept in-store payments via Cash, PayNow, or PayLah.

Why can't I make payment via Credit Card?

When Memo's Art House first started, our goal was to provide affordable craft materials to all fellow crafters in Singapore. To this day, we strive to keep our prices as low as possible by absorbing or avoiding unnecessary costs, such as expensive or fancy packaging, to keep shipping costs low.

Credit card payments typically incur a minimum charge of S$0.50 plus a 3% fee on your purchase. This would require us to either set minimum purchase quantities or raise our prices by at least 20-40% to cover the costs. This does not align with our initial vision, so we have decided not to accept credit card payments online.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are only able to make payments via credit card, please email us at hello@memo-arthouse.com for further discussion.

How long does it take to verify my payment?

Payments are usually verified within 24 hours of placing an order. Once verified, orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be verified and packed the following week.

How do I know if my payment has been verified?

Currently, there is no automatic notification for payment verification. Once we have verified your payment, your order will be automatically shipped out.

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after being received. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Occasionally, there may be delays in shipping due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, such as courier no-shows. How long does it take for my orders to be shipped?

All orders are in stock and will be packed as soon as payments have been verified. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of being received.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If you have opted for courier or registered postage, a tracking number will also be provided.

How long does it take for my order to reach me? 

After orders have been shipped, delivery will take between 3 to 10 days, depending on your chosen shipping method.

Singpost (with tracking number) 4 - 7 working days
Qxpress (with tracking number) Next day after order has been picked up by courier. Typically, 2 working days after order has been shipped.
Self-Collection An email confirmation will be sent when order is ready for pick up, usually at least 24 hours after placing order.

Can I self-collect my orders at your physical shop?

Yes, you can self-collect your orders at our physical store 24-hours after your order has been placed. 

A pick-up Email will be sent to you when the order is ready for collection. Only orders with valid pick-up notifications will be ready for collection. Do show the notification to our staff during collection for faster verification.

Are there any free shipping available?

Complimentary shipping is available for all orders above S$75. Do select the option at checkout.

Does Memo's Art House ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Refunds & Exchanges

What happens when a product is out of stock in my order?

If a product in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items as usual and refund you for the out-of-stock item. 

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, typically every Friday, via PayNow. As we are a small team, we appreciate your patience while we process the refunds. Thank you, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I'm missing an item in my order, what should I do?

First and foremost, we apologize for the missing items in your order. Do reach out to us if you have not heard from us regarding any refunds due to out of stock items. We are contactable via Whatsapp: +65 8870 4020 or Email: hello@memo-arthouse.com

Once we confirm that the item is missing, we will proceed to make a refund to you.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible via PayNow back to you. Do be patient with us as we are a small team and will need time to process the refunds. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

Firstly, we apologize for the mistake made. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 8870 4020 or email us at hello@memo-arthouse.com to inform us of your situation.

Once we confirm that the item is incorrect, we will work with you to determine appropriate compensation based on our discussion and arrangement.

Compensation can be but not limited to refunds, exchanges, or sending to you the correct order.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. If you have received your order and changed your mind about the colors, you may head down to our studio at any time to exchange the items. Exchanges can only be done within 1 month of placing the order (online orders) or date of purchase (for walk-in orders).

Simply bring down the yarns for exchange and let our staff know your order number. Thank you :)

Can I cancel my order?
