What Payment Methods do you accept online?
Currently, we are only able to accept payments via: PayNow and PayLah.

Why can't I make payment via Credit Card?
When Memo's Art House first started out, we wanted to provide affordable craft materials to all our fellow crafters in Singapore. Hence, to date, we continue to keep our prices as low as possible and absorb/avoid as much unnecessary costs as possible, such as avoiding expensive or fancy packaging to keep shipping costs low.
Credit Card payments typically incur a minimum charge of S$0.50 + 3% charge on your purchase. That would mean that we will have to either set minimum purchase quantities or raise our prices by at least 20-40% to cover the costs incurred. This does not fit into our vision when we started, so we have decided not to accept this form of payment online.

How long does it take to verify my payment made?
Payments will be verified within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders are typically shipped out within 48 hours after your order has been received.

How do I know if my payment has been verified?
Currently, there is no automatic notification for payment verification. After payment has been made, it will be automatically shipping out once we have verified the payment.
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after your order has been received.
An email or text message will be sent once it has been shipped. If you have opted for courier or registered postage, a tracking number will be sent to you as well.
Do note that occasionally, there may be delays in shipping due to unavoidable circumstances, such as Courier no-show.
