How long does it take for my orders to be shipped?

Orders are all in-stock and will be packed as soon as payments have been verified.

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after your order has been received. 

An email or text message will be sent once it has been shipped. If you have opted for courier or registered postage, a tracking number will be sent to you as well.

Do note that occasionally, there may be delays in shipping due to unavoidable circumstances, such as Courier no-show.

How long does it take for my order to reach me? 

After orders have been shipped, it will take from 3 - 10 days to reach you, depending on your shipping method. 

Singpost (with tracking number) 4 - 7 working days
Qxpress (with tracking number) Next day after order has been picked up by courier. Typically, 2 working days after order has been shipped.
Self-Collection An email confirmation will be sent when order is ready for pick up, usually at least 24 hours after placing order.

Can I self-collect my orders at your physical shop?

Yes, you can self-collect your orders at our physical store 24-hours after your order has been placed. 

A pick-up Email will be sent to you when the order is ready for collection. Only orders with valid pick-up notifications will be ready for collection. Do show the notification to our staff during collection for faster verification.

Are there any free shipping available?

Complimentary shipping is available for all orders above S$75. Do select the option at checkout.

Does Memo's Art House ship Internationally?

No. At the moment, we only accept orders from Singapore as we only accept local payment methods due to the additional charges that will be incurred with Credit Card use.
