When approaching us, please provide us with your 5 digit order number (e.g. #00000) so we can assist you better. Thank you.

 

Payment verification:

Your payments will be verified by 12PM on weekdays. We will start packing your order once payment has been verified. Orders made after 12PM will be verified and packed the next day.

As our packing team only work on weekdays, orders that are placed over the weekends will be packed the following week.

For self pick-up orders:

Your orders will be kept for 3 MONTHS only. Orders will automatically be cancelled after 3 months.

 

For Normal mail, Smart pac and courier services:

In any case of missing items in your order, we will continue to ship out as per usual and refund you the missing items. Shipping will usually take about 2 - 5 days. Please note that once the courier has picked up your parcel from us, we no longer have control over the delivery.

*Do note that courier do not work on weekends. Orders made towards the end of the week will take a longer time to deliver.
