Intermediate Bag Class

The Harlequin Bag is done using a combination of Single & Double-crochet stitches, as well as Front Post Double Crochet stitches. This is a pattern for intermediate learners to challenge themselves.

Over 3 sessions, cover all the basics of making your very own Harlequin Bag:

Lesson 1: Making the chain stitch base
Learn how to start making bag projects using the chain stitch, how to read crochet patterns and how to start making the bag base - useful for making a variety of other projects and even clothing projects! 

Stitches to learn: Chain stitch, Slip Stitch, Single Crochet Stitch

Lesson 2: Making the Bag Body
Learn how to work upwards of your bag body using double crochet stitch and front post double crochet cluster stitches.

Stitches to learn: Font Post Double Crochet Cluster Stitch 

Lesson 3: Putting your Bag together
Learn how to finish up your bag, attach the handles to complete your very own Harlequin Bag!

 

All classes will include all the materials required:

• Crochet Pattern Booklet
• 1 4.5mm Tulip Etimo Black-Gold Crochet Hook
• Yarn
• Sewing Needles

Classes will be conducted in 3 sessions. Each session is 2-hours each and classes will be conducted in 3 consecutive weeks to ensure sufficient revision and practice time to get you readily prepared for your crochet journey ♡

Please note that booking has to be done at least 48 hours before first lesson commence. Any booking made less than 48 hours in advance will be cancelled!
