Shipping policy

For ALL Orders:

1. Please ensure that your order is final. We will not be able to add-on after order has been placed.
2. Please note that orders with out-of-stock items will be shipped out as usual and refunds will be made to you for the missing items. 

 

For Local Orders:

1. Self pick up orders: A "Ready for pick up" email will be sent to your when your order is ready, usually after 24 Hours. Orders can only be collected upon receiving "ready for pick up" email.
2. Singpost / Courier orders: Shipment will take 2 - 7 days depending on which shipping method you select, please check out our local T&C page at the bottom of our website for more details.

 

For International Orders:

1. Courier shipment will take 5 - 30 working days depending on the destination. Please check out our international T&C page at the bottom of our website for more details.
