What happens when a product is out of stock in my order?

When a product goes out of stock in your order, we will ship out your order as usual and proceed to refund you for the out of stock item.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible (usually every friday) via PayNow back to you. Do be patient with us as we are a small team and will need time to process the refunds. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I'm missing an item in my order, what should I do?

Once we confirm that the item is missing, we will proceed to make a refund to you.

I received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

Once we confirm that the item is incorrect, we will proceed to arrange a refund/exchange/resend to you, depending on the situation and arrangement as discussed with you.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. If you have received your order and changed your mind about the colors, you may head down to our studio at any time to exchange the items. Exchanges can only be done within 1 month of placing the order (online orders) or date of purchase (for walk-in orders).

Simply bring down the yarns for exchange and let our staff know your order number. Thank you :)
